- Place a ruler flat on the floor under your foot, and measure from the heel to the longest toe. You could also trace an outline of your foot on a sheet of paper, and measure it from the heel to the longest toe.
- Compare your measurements with our chart and pick the size that’s best for you.
- Remember, if your feet fall between two sizes, pick the larger size.
- Your right foot and left foot may vary in size; this is normal, but always go for the larger size if that’s the case.
- Take your measurements at the end of the day as your feet are likely to be at their biggest then.
- If you plan to wear socks with the footwear you’re buying, measure your feet with your socks on.
