سياسة طلب الإرجاع

شكرًا لتسوقكم معنا! نحن ملتزمون بضمان رضاكم التام عن مشترياتكم. إذا لم تكن راضيًا تمامًا عن طلبك، يمكنك تقديم طلب إرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

شروط قبول الإرجاع

  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وغير ملبوسة، وفي تغليفها الأصلي.

  • يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام تقويمية من تاريخ الشراء.

  • لن يتم قبول الإرجاع بعد هذه الفترة.

كيفية تقديم طلب إرجاع

  1. قم بتسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته عند الطلب.

  2. سيتم إرسال رمز تحقق إلى بريدك الإلكتروني للوصول الآمن.

  3. بعد تسجيل الدخول، توجه إلى قسم "طلباتي".

  4. اختر الطلب الذي ترغب في إرجاعه واضغط على "طلب إرجاع".

  5. اتبع التعليمات الظاهرة لإكمال طلب الإرجاع.

الشحن للإرجاع

  • الشحن مجاني بالكامل – لا تتحمل أي رسوم.

  • سنوفر لك تعليمات الإرجاع اللازمة؛ لا حاجة لتتبع أو طباعة بوليصة شحن.

  • يرجى التأكد من تغليف المنتج بشكل آمن وفي حالته الأصلية.

الاسترداد

  • بعد استلامنا وفحص المنتج المرتجع، سيتم إعلامك بالموافقة على الاسترداد.

  • إذا تمت الموافقة، سيتم تحويل المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

  • المنتجات المخصصة أو التي تحتوي على حفر شخصي

  • المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو ارتداؤها أو لم تُعد بحالتها الأصلية

Return Request Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, you can easily request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  2. A verification code will be sent to your email for secure access.

  3. Once logged in, go to “My Orders”.

  4. Select the order you wish to return and click on “Request a Return”.

  5. Follow the steps provided to complete your return request.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is completely free – no additional cost to you.

  • We will provide return instructions; no tracking or shipping label is needed.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that are worn, used, or not in original condition and packaging
